Biography

A corporate & commercial managing associate, I advise individuals and organisations at all stages of their business life cycle, including on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, fundraises, corporate reorganisations, and general corporate advice. The Legal 500 for M&A deals up to £50m highlighted me as being “strong in negotiations with a good sense for solutions”. A recent client testimonial in the Legal 500 said: "...I have most recently worked closely Francesca Jus-Burke as one of many individuals within Greenwoods and she always has a smile and is happy to explain things clearly and concisely knowing law is not my specialist subject." Outside my day job, I am passionate about D&I and corporate responsibility, serving as trustee of Diversity UK and as chair of Greenwoods' diversity, fairness and inclusion forum. I also volunteer as a coach educator and assessor for British Rowing, where I train aspiring rowing coaches. I am fluent in English, French, and speak basic Spanish.
