Biography

Dr. Martin IMHOF is a Corporate/M&A Partner at the German law firm HEUKING. Martin advises strategic and private equity investors in domestic and cross-border M&A and PE transactions and investments, including structured sales processes and auctions, buyouts, raise of venture and growth capital, general corporate and commercial matters and the formation and structuring of international joint ventures. He advises foreign enterprises investing in Germany and coordinates outbound work for German clients.
