Anaïs Harle
Biography
Anaïs Harlé is a counsel in the International Arbitration Group at White & Case LLP in Paris. She represents States and corporations in high-stakes investment and commercial disputes. She has developed a strong expertise in handling complex cases under various arbitration rules (incl. ICSID, ICC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL) and laws. Her practice focuses on construction and energy disputes, where she has advised and defended clients in different regions of the world, including Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Anaïs has also worked on disputes in the mining, hospitality, aviation and M&A sectors. Her experience encompasses matters involving money laundering and corruption issues, and arbitration-related proceedings before French courts (incl. interim measures relating to performance guarantees under FIDIC contracts).
