Biography

Dr. Ritesh Rajani is based in the Hamburg office of GvW. He heads the Corporate/M&A department and advises German and international companies on M&A transactions, private equity/venture capital investments and core corporate law, often in a cross-border context. He is listed as a recommended attorney for M&A in JUVE, Legal 500 and comparable renowned publications. Clients praise his pragmatic and efficient approach as well as his entrepreneurial mind. Ritesh also heads our India Desk and has substantial experience in Indo-German matters.
