Biography

Murray specialises in international tax and all aspects of corporate and financing transactions and corporate structuring, banking and financial markets taxation, tax disputes and transfer pricing. As a leader of the firm’s international transfer pricing practice, Murray’s recent projects include advising industrial and financial clients on a range of finance, IP and transfer-pricing planning and disputes. Murray also advises corporations and financial institutions on their own-account UK and international tax positions, including the OECD's BEPS project and the European Commission’s investigations into member states' tax rulings and regimes. Murray is President of the International Fiscal Association.
