Biography
Michael Kutschera is a partner in Binder Grösswang’s Corporate / M&A team and has more than 30 years of experience in cross-border transactions, international disputes and arbitration. He focuses on cross-border M&A/joint ventures, arbitration, international dispute resolution, energy law.
