Biography

Mr. Rajiv Dutta, Senior Advocate practices at the Supreme Court of India and has over 40 years of experience at the Bar. He is the Vice-President of the Bar Association of India. He is an ICC trained Arbitrator who is on the Panel of Arbitrators for Singapore International Arbitration Centre - SIAC, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), ASSOCHAM International Council of Alternate Dispute Resolution (AICADR) - New Delhi, the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) etc. He was involved in drafting IBA Rules for Investor-State Mediation. He is the country representative (India) for the IBA Mediation Committee and has also been appointed as the Vice-Chair of Sports Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
