Biography

Amir Singh Pasrich read law at Oxford and has practiced in India since 1992. He has represented several governments such as France, Canada, Singapore and Greece as their legal counsel or legal counsel to the Ambassador in India as also advisor to the delegation of the European Union in India. His practice has centred around commercial law, dispute resolution, competition law and aviation. As such he has been outside general counsel in India to three international airlines and a major Indian company. Recognised by Legal500, Chambers Asia since 2009, Who's Who Legal since 2005, Asialaw and several other publications, his work in multiple practice areas has been noticed - these include dispute resolution, aviation, employment, real estate etc
