Laura Opilio

Biography

Laura Opilio is a partner of CMS in Italy. She currently heads the litigation and insurance departments of the Firm. Her activity focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. She has a strong expertise in claims management, including directors and officers liability, professional indemnity, bonds and construction claims. She has assists pharma and medical devices companies in litigation concerning product liability claims and in any other issue related to their business, including distribution, agency agreements and regulatory issues. Laura is a member of the ICC Arbitration Committee (International Chamber of Commerce Italia).
