MA Cambridge, Natural Sciences. Practising at the Bar of England and Wales specialising in Intellectual Property, particularly patents, trade marks, design rights and copyright. Queen's Counsel since 1997. Has appeared in the CJEU in Philips v Remington, L'Oreal v Bellure, Interflora v Marks & Spencers. Sits part time as a Deputy Judge in the Patents Court in London. Experienced Mediator. Joint Head of Hogarth Chambers in London.
