Biography

Professor Dr. Pablo Ferrara LL.M. is Energy Consultant at the National Ministry of Energy and Mining (Argentina). He was fellow at Harvard Kennedy School (USA), professor at Xiamen University (Xiamen, People's Republic of China), researcher at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law (Groningen, The Netherlands), and fellow at the Max Planck Institute (Heidelberg, Germany). He obtained his LLB at the University of Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and his doctorate at the University of California at Berkeley (Berkeley, USA). He was associate in Energy Law, ICSID Arbitration, and Public Law.
