As a consultant, strategist and advisor Dr. Rhem has worked with fortune 500 corporations in retail, communications, financial, insurance, legal, healthcare, education and the military (US Army and US Air Force) in implementing strategies, policies and solutions centered on information technology, knowledge management and Artificial Intelligence.
