Biography

Mr. Guevara Lynch is the Managing Partner of Allende & Brea. He joined the firm in 1996 after graduating from the “Universidad Católica Argentina”. He became partner in 2003 after obtaining a Masters in Laws in 2000 from Duke University where he studied general corporate law in the Law School, and finance at the Fuqua School of Business. Between 1991 and 1996 he served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira in the City of Buenos Aires and between 2000 and 2002 he worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Mr. Guevara Lynch has represented clients in a broad range of matters, advising clients in corporate matters, acquisitions, commercial agreements, reorganizations and restructurings and financings.
