Richard Harrison
Biography
Richard is a partner in Clyde & Co’s market leading global Professional and Financial Disputes team. Richard heads up the firm’s Lawyers’ Professional Liability & Regulatory Group and is a recognised expert in the field (Chambers, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers). Richard has particular expertise in advising and representing law firms in malpractice claims, disciplinary proceedings and regulatory investigations. He has over 30 years' experience in handling high value, high profile and complex commercial claims, including cases involving allegations of dishonesty and fraud, in the English High Court (Commercial Court and Chancery Division), appeal courts and the Solicitors' Disciplinary Tribunal. Richard also regularly acts in arbitrations and mediations. Richard is an elected member of Clyde & Co’s Global Management Board.
