Queen's Counsel since 1997. Has appeared in the CJEU in Philips v Remington, L'Oreal v Bellure, Interflora v Marks & Spencers. Sits part time as a Deputy Judge in the Patents Court in London. Experienced Mediator. Joint Head of Hogarth Chambers in London.
