Biography

Jeff is a mediator, arbitrator and certified electronic discovery specialist at JAMS in Los Angeles, and a door tenant with barristers chambers 4 New Square in London. Formerly a Coudert Brothers lawyer and General Counsel of the United States Olympic Committee, Jeff is one of the most accomplished, active and sought after sports arbitrators and mediators in the world. Jeff is a member of the panel of arbitrators and mediators for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), JAMS, Sport Resolutions UK, and a member of the IAAF Disciplinary Tribunal. Jeff is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jeff is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Univ School of Law teaching ADR.
