Biography

Luiz leads the cross-border practice in the firm Corporate Department and is a member of the Executive Committee. Luiz practice concentrates on Mergers and Acquisition and Corporate Matters. Azevedo Sette has been one of the leading firms in M&A transactions in Latin America in number of transactions and Luiz has been leading dozens transactions since his return to Brazil after his time as Inhouse counsel at Microsoft.
