Masha Ooijevaar

Biography

Masha is a dual-qualified attorney-at-law (California) and solicitor specialising in commercial, data protection and intellectual property law. Masha completed her training contract at Warner Bros. in London which involved a six-month secondment to Baker & McKenzie in their IT and Commercial practice. Masha then worked at KPMG as a solicitor in the Legal Services - Commercial Law team, and as an associate in Allen & Overy's Commercial team working primarily on data protection (particularly GDPR) matters. Masha has relocated to Dubai where she is now a Legal Director managing the Middle East data practice at Clyde & Co. Masha is from the Netherlands (with a Russian background).
