Xiangman Shen

Biography

Mr. Shen received his LLB from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1987. He became a licensed PRC lawyer in 1989. From 1995 to 1996, he was under a one year training program in UK and HK organized by SOAS, the Law Society and Bar Council of England and Wales. Having practiced law for more than 28 years, Mr. Shen assists clients in a large number of court and arbitration proceedings in the PRC. He has extensive experience in handling matters related to international trade, shipping, corporate, ship building and finance. He is a popular speaker on the subjects of PRC court litigation, arbitration, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in China, bankruptcy, ship building and ship finance.
