Experienced litigation and ADR partner with over 30 years PQE gained under the relevant legal systems of London, Paris, Rome, Cayman, BVI and Jersey. Litigation experience includes partnerships / limited partnerships disputes; corporate governance and shareholder disputes; all aspects of insolvency, including cross-border liquidations, restructurings and international asset tracing actions; enforcement of foreign judgments, arbitral awards and injunctive relief; wealth structuring and contentious and non-contentious trusts actions; director and trustee liability; insurance and reinsurance claims; judicial review; defamation; and engineering and construction disputes.
