Biography

Shuva Mandal is a lawyer with more than 25+ years of legal advisory experience. He specializes in Corporate Commercial law and as the Managing Partner of Fox Mandal & Associates, heads the firm’s operations in Southern and Western India. Since 1996, Shuva has been a Partner of Fox Mandal, the firm co-founded in 1896 by his great-grandfather, Mr. G. C. Mandal. His practice includes advising clients on inbound investment into India including entry strategy, corporate governance, M&A and Joint Ventures. He has also advised clients on Private Equity & Securities transactions, and Private Client related work.
