Coen Hendrik Thomas

Biography

Coen Thomas is a managing counsel at Shell International B.V. where his team looks after Shell’s capital projects in the Eastern Hemisphere. Before joining Shell in 2013, Coen has worked in private practice since 1998 where over the years he has supported many energy, infrastructure and real estate projects. In 2008 Coen was the co-author of the advice to the Dutch Construction Law Society ‘www.werkinuitvoering21.com’ exploring what a next generation of construction contracts might look like.
