Biography

Dr. Jörn Zons is a partner at the law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Cologne/Germany. Jörn advises clients in complex construction and engineering projects (infrastructure/other projects, domestic/international, onshore/offshore). His work comprises in particular: advice on project structuring, drafting and negotiating the project contracts, project- and claims-management, dispute resolution. Jörn is also a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on construction and engineering projects and he is co-editor of 'Rechtshandbuch Anlagenbau'. Further, Jörn is consistently identified as one of Germany's leading construction lawyers in various legal directories (Best Layers/Handelsblatt, Who's Who Legal and others).
