Biography

I am an international disputes lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. I specialise in construction, engineering and energy disputes for a broad range of clients, from contractors to purchasers to public bodies and major developers. My contentious work is primarily in the field of: • International and domestic arbitrations, including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ADDCAC and DIAC arbitrations, • Disputes in national Courts (substantive hearings, injunctions, interim remedies and appeals), • Adjudications and Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs), and • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), comprising amicable settlement, mediation, and expert determination. I also work on international commercial and banking disputes.
