Biography

Dr Manner is a Senior Legal Counsel with Nordex, a global manufacturer and supplier of wind turbines headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, where he handles the company’s litigations and arbitrations. He has further sat as chairman, sole arbitrator and party-appointed arbitrator in numerous arbitrations under the ICC and DIS Rules. Prior to his in-house role, Dr Manner worked with Hanefeld in Hamburg. He holds law degrees from Switzerland (Dr. iur., summa cum laude, University of Basel, 2009) and Germany (First State Exam, University of Freiburg, 2003, Second State Exam, Stuttgart, 2005) and was admitted to the German bar in 2008.
