Biography

Vinati Kastia is a senior partner in AZB’s New Delhi office and focuses on M&A and private equity. She has worked on several cross-border transactions and advises domestic and multinational clients across a range of industry and sectors. She is responsible for some of AZB’s knowledge management and associate development programs and also provides mentorship time to the YIF program of Ashoka University, especially to aspiring female lawyers. Vinati is also one of the 25 women selected as ‘India Inc's Rising Women Leaders’ in 2015. She has also received wide acclaim from prestigious publications such as IFLR1000 and RSG Report.” She is also an Aspen Fellow (2016 batch) and is part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
