Biography

Senior Partner of LS, is head of the Department of Aviation&Aerospace. Her principal areas of practice include: aviation insurance, airlines, airports, general aviation multi-jurisdictional, loan and lease financing, operating leases and tax-based leases. Anna has experience in advising on aviation regulatory matters and insolvency and enforcement issues. She is tenured Professor of Air Law at the University of Bologna. She is editor of ‘The Aviation and Space Journal’ (http://www.aviationspacejournal.com). She is in the board of the European Air Law Association (EALA). From 2003 to 2007 Anna served as member of the Legal and Economic Committee of the Italian CAA.
