Biography

Carine Dupeyron is a partner at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier specializing in international arbitration, and complex litigation. Before joining the firm, Carine practiced in Paris and in New York within international and independent firms. She advises French and foreign companies and foreign state-owned entities in the fields of international and domestic arbitration governed by institutional rules such as ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, SCC, SIAC, HKIAC or ad hoc proceedings, and complex commercial litigation involving private or public international issues. She regularly seats as an arbitrator in proceedings conducted in English, French, or Spanish.
