Babajimi Ayorinde

Biography

Babajimi specialises in commercial law – in particular, commercial litigation and arbitration. His main practice areas include corporate finance, power, oil & gas, and fintech. He regularly acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings and also as an arbitrator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Babajimi is a founding partner of The New Practice (TNP) and heads its dispute resolution team.
