Biography
Dan Appelman co-chairs the American Bar Association's International Human Rights Committee, Civil Rights and Social Justice Section. He is a former co-chair of the ABA's IHRC, International Law Section; a member of the ABA's Latin America and Caribbean Council; a former member of the ABA's Center for Human Rights; and a former officer of the IBA's Human Rights Law Committee. Dan speaks, writes and publishes about human rights, technology law and Internet governance.
