Biography

Johan specializes in commercial law with a particular focus on distribution and agency law issues in fields ranging from industry, manufacturing, retail to fashion and online services. Further, Johan Hübner has extensive experience of commercial work as well as small and medium sized mergers and acquisitions in trademark and intellectual property intensive business such as retail, IT, Media & Entertainment and fashion.
