Biography

He is Founding Partner at Puccio Penalisti Associati Law Firm. He provides both judicial and non-judicial legal assistance in the area of white-collar crime for domestic and international clientele, both companies and individuals. He has participated in relevant criminal proceedings in this field, acting as lawyer of Italian and multinational companies, as well as individuals. He is President and member of Supervisory Boards, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, in companies of strategic importance all over the world. Over the years, he has been awarded with important recognitions for the skills and expertise he has showed. He is often invited as a speaker in domestic and international conventions on criminal matters.
