Biography

Peter has substantial experience in the fields of intellectual property, advising international clients across a diverse range of industries on the acquisition and protection of trademark rights and copyrights in Taiwan and around the world. Peter's practice includes assisting foreign and local clients in obtaining, enforcing and licensing their intellectual property rights. He is a member of the IBA LGBTI Law Committee, serves as a panelist under ICANN’s UDRP system, is an active member of INTA, and co-chairs the IP and Licensing Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei. Peter is also a director of B Lab Taiwan, and Wild at Heart Legal Defense Association, Taiwan.
