Biography

Ayomi is the precedent partner and head of the firm, F J & G de Saram. F J & G de Saram is a 177 year old full service corporate commercial firm that is ranked consistently every year as a top tier firm by international directories. It is based in Colombo Sri Lanka. Ayomi also heads the corporate commercial law division of the firm which many areas of the commercial law from mergers and acquisitions to capital market transactions, to banking and finance and tax. Ayomi has over twenty year experience in rendering legal and advisory services to clients of the firm in all areas of corporate and commercial law. Ayomi’s key strength is her ability to provide holistic legal advice covering many areas of law.
