Biography

Martin Holler is the founding partner of Giese & Partner. Martin Holler advises leading real estate banks and investors in structuring their investments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the entire Central-Eastern European region. He publishes and reports regularly about present developments in Czech and Slovak real estate law and questions concerning financing. Martin Holler is Past Chair of the Real Estate Section of the International Bar Association. Martin Holler was admitted to the German Bar in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 1998 and is a member of the Czech Bar since 1999. He is also admitted to the Slovak Bar. Martin Holler speaks German, English and Czech.
