Biography

Damien R. Zoubek is a partner in Cravath’s Corporate Department. His practice primarily encompasses mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Mr. Zoubek has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer in mergers and acquisitions by, among others, Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business from 2014 through 2017, Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business in 2017, The Legal 500 in 2010, 2013 and 2017, IFLR1000 from 2013 through 2018, Lawdragon’s list of the “500 Leading Lawyers in America” from 2011 through 2017, and Who’s Who Legal: M&A and Governance.
