Biography

Andy is Head of the Corporate practice and has a general corporate and M&A practice. Andy acts for FTSE 100 clients such as Direct Line, Marks & Spencer and RSA, other listed companies such as BBA Aviation, Dialight, Drax, Halfords, International Personal Finance, Ladbrokes, Non-Standard Finance, IWG (Regus) and Vitec, and multinationals such as Bupa, GE, Moody's, RenaissanceRe and Texas Instruments. Andy was named Client Partner of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2015 and was one of five lawyers shortlisted by Financial News for its Partner of the Year Award 2016.
