Biography

Benjamin Kanovitch, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, particularly cross-border transactions, and private equity. His practice also includes advising clients on securities laws and governance issues. He has written several articles on these topics he regularly gives lectures at university in French an international universities. He joined Bredin Prat in 1999 and was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York for two years from 2001 to 2003. He was admitted to the Paris Bar (2000) and the New York Bar (2002) and is a graduate of the University of Paris (Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires-DJCE, DESS in business law, Maîtrise in business law and tax) and of Harvard Law School (LL.M.).
