Biography

Angela is a partner with Holding Redlich, an independent Australian law firm. Angela has over 25 years’ experience as a partner in private practice and in senior Commonwealth Government roles. She has broad ranging commercial law experience, with a particular expertise in the area of telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) and has extensive knowledge of the Australian communications sector regulatory framework, including regulation of telecommunications infrastructure, spectrum, consumer protection and media. Angela acts for clients in transactional and regulatory matters, including acquisitions, services contracts, compliance related advice, regulatory reviews and cybersecurity and privacy audits and reviews.
