Biography
Jeff Chen heads the structured finance practice at Dentons Hong Kong with a coverage that spans all of Asia. Jeff has over 15 years' experience in Asia as a legal practitioner in all areas of fixed income, including debt capital markets, securitization, structured finance, project finance and distressed debt. His practice is focused on limited recourse and cross-border financing structures of all types. Jeff has established distressed debt facilities and funds for the acquisition and servicing of non-performing loans across Asia.
