Biography

Ron Low is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Hong Kong office of Sard Verbinnen & Co (SVC), a leading international strategic communications consultancy. He advises global public and private companies and investments firms in connection with financial communications, investor relations programs, corporate governance issues and crisis situations. Mr. Low has extensive experience providing strategic communications counsel to executives and Boards of Directors navigating sensitive shareholder interactions, complex cross-border and domestic transactions and other high-stakes corporate matters. He has represented companies across a wide range of sectors and geographies as they interacted with activist shareholders and managed the broader implications of those dealings. Mr. Low joined SVC in 2006 and recently relocated to Hong Kong to open the firm’s first office in Asia. He graduated from the University of California, Davis.
