Biography

Nicole was a founding partner of MVVP in 1995. She has over 25 years’ experience in general corporate and financial law. She has particular expertise in corporate acquisitions and disposals, investment projects, and the related deal structuring, due diligence and deal project management. Her experience covers both buy-side and sell-side engagements, and also extends to private equity, venture capital, secured transactions and international financial transactions, as well as corporate restructuring and shareholder dispute matters. Nicole advises a wide range of Belgian and international clients, including corporations and investment funds active in the areas of industry, logistics, services, media, entertainment and information technology. She is Honorary Past President of the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) and a former Member of the Audit and Advice Committee of the High Council for Justice. Nicole obtained her law degree from the University of Ghent.
