Biography

PARTNER AND CO-HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT FUNDS GROUP Expertise Kevin is co-head of the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. He has extensive experience in advising on the legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment of investment funds (including UCITS, QIAIFs, ETFs, money market funds, hedge funds and private equity funds) and advising on the structuring and offering of such funds. He has also spoken at a number of investment fund conferences. He has also contributed outside to industry publications as well as The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. He is a past Chairman of Irish Funds and he is a member of An Taoiseach’s (the Prime Minister’s) Funds Group. He chairs the Irish Fund’s Money Market Funds Working Group and is a member of Irish Fund’s UCITS Steering Committee. Kevin is listed as “Market Leader” with IFLR, “Leading Individual” with Legal 500 and “Band 1” with Chambers.
