Joaquin Nuñez
Biography
Joaquin Nunez graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela) in 2005 and has a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Intellectual Property from The John Marshall Law School (Chicago, Illinois) obtained in 2008. He also attended the seminar “Strategies for Management of Intellectual Property” at Kellogg School of Management / WIPO Academy (Chicago, Illinois) in 2008. Joaquin completed as well a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Golden Gate University (San Francisco, California) in 2012. Joaquin joined Hoet, Pelaez, Castillo & Duque in December 2012 and became partner in 2016. His practice expertise embraces Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Trade Secrets, Advertisement Agreements, and general Intellectual Property related matters. He has more than 12 years of experience as consultant in the field of Intellectual Property Law in Venezuela. He was also an International Trademark Counsel at Dineff Trademark Law Limited in Chicago, Illinois (2007-2008).
