Biography

Specializes in business crime cases including white collar crime, representation of clients related to custom seizures of counterfeit products and court litigation. Tomasz represents Polish and foreign clients before the courts, arbitration institutions and law enforcement authorities. Tomasz joined SK&S in 2002 and on January 2013 became a Partner. He currently leads the White Collar Crime & Investigation Practice. Prior to joining SK&S, Tomasz was a lawyer in a number of companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
