Biography

Claudio Doria is a partner of Garrigues, a Spanish law firm with a wide presence in Portugal, Latin America, and specializes in mid-market M&A transactions and contractual law. He works extensively with foreign clients on inward Spanish investment work and has a wealth of experience in acting on cross-border transactions. Claudio advises a wide range of companies in the fashion, luxury and retail sectors. He leads the Italian Desk of his firm and lectures on supply chain legal challenges at the Programme Executive on Fashion Law at the Center of Studies of Garrigues and on distribution structures at the Barcelona Business School, University Pompeu Fabra (UPF). He regularly presents at various international conferences and is co-chair of the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA).
