Biography

Chris Owen is a partner of English law firm Penningtons Manches and specialises in mid-market corporate finance transactions. He works extensively with overseas clients on inward UK investment work and has considerable experience of acting on cross-border transactions. Penningtons Manches advises a wide range of businesses in the fashion and luxury sectors from entrepreneurial start-up businesses to international fashion houses and jewellers. Chris has an MBA in legal practice and is a fluent French speaker. He regularly presents at various international conferences and is vice chair of the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association. He has an advanced STEP certificate in Advising Family Enterprises.
