Biography

Dr.Ricardo Simanjuntak,SH.LL.M,ANZIIF.CIP,MCIArb, graduated (his Law Degree (SH)) from the North Sumatera University (USU) in 1992. He then pursued (a Chevening Scholarship) his Master Degree (LL.M) in the International Commercial Law Program at the University of Nottingham in 1997, England, and then achieved his Doctoral Degree (DR) at Economic Law from the University of Padjajaran Bandung in 2008. His main Job/profession is an advocate, a founder Partner of the Law Firm of Ricardo Simanjuntak and Partners, addressed at Wirausaha Building, Kuningan,South Jakarta. Beside an Advocate, he is also a Receiver and Administrator at the Indonesia Commercial Court, the Authorised Mediator at the Court of Indonesia, a lecturer for a post graduate program, and the Independent Commissioner of PT.Sunlife Financial Indonesia. He is also invited as a speaker in many national and international seminars and conferences.
