Biography

Henriette Stakemann is a partner and heads our Employment and Labour Law team together with Lise Høy Falsner. Henriette advises Danish and international undertakings on all employment and labour law aspects, including in connection with transactions and restructuring. As a consequence of her extensive experience in Corporate M&A, Henriette has great expertise and experience in all employment law aspects of transactions and incentive programmes and she advises Danish and international clients on such aspects in connection with acquisition/sale, stock exchange listings and restructuring. Henriette provides advice on the terms and conditions applying to listed companies, including advice to the boards of directors on the executive board's terms and conditions and the negotiations in such regard. Henriette maintains a large international network and collaborates regularly with foreign attorneys on international projects relating to transactions and incentive programmes across borders. Henriette works with international companies to a great extent.
