Biography

Mercedes Balado Bevilacqua is the founding and manager partner of MBB Abogados in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has over 20 years of experience in providing local and cross border labor, social security, corporate management and human resources counsel to clients worldwide. Mercedes has been featured among the leading lawyers in her practice area by Legal 500 Latin America for the years 2012-2018, Chambers & Partners for the years 2010-2019 and Who’s Who Legal for the years 2015-2019 in the field of Labour and Employment and in the area of Pensions and Benefits. She is Coordinator of the Research and Study Commission for the Master in Employment Law of Universidad Austral. Mercedes is also a member of the Human Resources Committee of the Argentine-French Chamber of Commerce and of the “Marianne” Association, an organization created by the French Embassy that gathers the most relevant business women in Argentina and France. She contributes with articles for different publications and participates as speaker and moderator in international and local conferences (International Bar Association, American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Practice Law Institute, New York, Forum, Artículo Uno, etc.).
